Venzor Creative is a service of Venzor LLC. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions go to info@venzor.ai.

What we collect

When you visit this website

We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to see how the site is used. They record things like the pages you open, where you tap and scroll, the kind of device and browser you use, and your general location. Microsoft Clarity can replay a visit as a recording of the screen. These tools set cookies and similar files in your browser.

When you request a call

We collect what you type into the form: your name, business name, email, phone number if you give one, and your message.

When you become a client

We collect your contact details, the videos and links you send us, examples of how you speak and write so we can build your voice profile, the scripts we write for you, and the ratings and notes you give in your portal.

During setup you can record up to five voice notes, each up to five minutes long. We store them in your portal, and our script system uses them to learn how you speak and to write your scripts. Other customers never see or hear them. We do not use them to identify you or to make an audio copy of your voice.

When you pay

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card or bank details go to Stripe, not to us. We see your name, email, what you paid and when.

How we use it

To reply to you. To build your voice profile and write your scripts. To run your portal. To bill you. To improve the website and the service. To meet legal and tax duties.

AI tools

We use AI tools to help study your voice and write your scripts. That means your videos, voice examples and scripts are sent to the AI and software companies that run those tools for us.

Your voice notes are turned into text by an outside transcription service. We send your recordings to that service for this purpose only, and it may not use them for anything else.

Who we share it with

Companies that help us run the service: website hosting, analytics, payment processing, email, and the AI and software tools above. They may use it only to provide their service to us.

The law, if we are required to.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

Call requests: until we have answered you, and for a reasonable time after in case you write again.

Voice recordings: we delete them within 30 days after your plan or free trial ends, or sooner if you ask.

Client material: for as long as you are a client. When you leave, ask us and we will delete your voice profile and the material you sent us, except what we must keep for tax and legal records.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@venzor.ai.

You can block cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work.

Patient and client information

Do not send us patient names, patient photos, medical records, test results, patient messages or any other private information about your own patients or clients. Our service does not need it, and our Terms do not allow it.

Children

This service is for businesses and professionals. It is not for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this page we will update the date at the top.
