Refunds and cancellation

Venzor and Venzor Max are monthly plans from Venzor Creative, a service of Venzor LLC.

How billing works

You are billed once a month, in US dollars, starting the day you sign up. Each payment covers the month ahead.

Canceling

You can cancel anytime. There is no contract and no notice period.

To cancel, use the Manage your plan link we send you when you sign up, or email info@venzor.ai and we will cancel it for you.

Your plan stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for. You keep your portal and keep receiving scripts until then. You are not charged again.

Refunds

We do not refund a month that has already been paid, in full or in part.

If we charged you by mistake, or charged you twice, tell us and we will refund the error in full.

Questions about a charge

Email info@venzor.ai before contacting your bank. Most problems are fixed fastest that way.
